For our location in Cologne, we are looking for a Working Student in Customer Support (m/f/d) – Spanish Speaker (International Support).

Your responsibilities:
- Written support – handling customer inquiries for our international markets exclusively in written form.
- Customer assistance – supporting our Spanish-speaking customers with questions, concerns, and problem-solving.
- Customer satisfaction – ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through solution-oriented and professional communication.
- Flexibility – taking on different responsibilities depending on business needs and day-to-day priorities.
Your profile:
- Student status – you are currently enrolled at a German university.
- Language skills –You are a native speaker of Spanish. Additional language skills in French, Dutch, or Italian would be an advantage.
- English proficiency – you have good English skills for communication within the international team.
- Customer focus – you have a strong customer-oriented mindset; first experience in written customer support is a plus.
- Adaptability – you are flexible, adaptable, and ready to support different tasks when needed.
- Organization – you work in a structured, reliable, and self-organized way.
- Team spirit – you are a team player and enjoy contributing actively to the team.
- Availability – you are available to start soon.
